UP1L wiring diagram

Hi!,
I am knew and need help wiring in a Room stat to my UP1L programmer (British Gas).
The central heating system has thermostat valves on all radiators and a froststat on the boiler (in Garage) but no roomstat and it wastes gas by continuing to cycle when rooms are up to temperature. Plus nobody shuts doors in this house!
How do I wire in a roomstat please to the UP1L programmer without having to take out a mortgage to get somebody in?

call from r/stat to the wire that was in 3 at timer
neutral to neutral
