Uploading a video

Hi all,

I have a problem with my water system and wanted to upload a short video (about 40MB) to show the guys on the plumbing board.

Is it possible to upload a video file to my posts or might it be best to upload to Youtube and provide a link?

Couldn't believe the amount of other people who'd filmed strange noises that their boiler was making.
