I had trouble loading music onto my samsung J700i,so had to download pc samsung studio from the samsung web site this overcame my problem perhaps you might need to try this.

Go here and in the box marked search product support put your phone type in there and it will lead you to where you need to be.

When you plug it into the USB of the computer does it not show as a 'removable device' in 'My computer'? If it does, just bypass the software and use that method. Much quicker and easier.

Doesn't seem to work with samsung phones hence the need for the software.
