Upstairs radiators warm downstairs all cold, Why

My boiler is working, however all downstairs radiators are cold but upstairs's are warm.

have you tried to bleed the radiators downstairs. Did the problem start gradually or suddenly.

Yes, I did it for all. However, they are never warm during the central heating on. This is first time I switch CH on since March. They have no problems before.

undo the screw on the pump and make sure it is running the fact that its hot and buzzing dont matter

I switched all radiators upstairs and opened the downstairs one by one. Finally, all of them both up and down staris are getting warm. But it seems the pump is quite noise. I will buy a new pump this week.

long time i know but did buying a new pump sort it an dhow much did this cost?
