hiya all, about dec i had a new back door with window fitted, from day one experienced problems - the chap that fitted it has been out 3 times now and im still not happy with it,
first problem they struggled to get a fixing (so with there approval, i put in an extra screw this sorted it)
then it got creaking really bad (so i put on some 3 in 1 oil) this sorted it
now new problem is you open the door and when left open a little while (doesnt have to be that long) it seems very tight to lock (pull up handle) in fact that tight i have had to tighten up the screws today!!!! (IN THE HANDLE)
the chap that fitted it called out and said that it might have settled then used the excuse of the heat (at the time there wasnt any) he tried to adjust it but made no difference, also when you come to open it - its very clunky (excuse i got was it must have bowed and its the joys of upvc as it locks in all its point
funny thing it does is settle and back to good as new once you leave it over night, like its gone back square?
any thoughts please, not a big issue as all works but highly anoying!!!!
