Upvc door handle- missing grub screw

Just curious, should there be some sort if screw/ grub screw in this small hole in my upvc handle? Doesnt seem to affect operation despite it being missing.

It would still operate in the turning action but i would say it should have a grub screw so it tethers it to the spindle. You may find if you tugged on the handle outwards it would come loose.

Thanks. Is there a standard size grub screw used on these?

All depends on the maker and i would think you will have one on the inner handle so you could try that and get another the same.
