Hi All
I currently have a problem with loose handles to UPVC doors - the handles are secured to the spindle by a hex retaining screw. When I try to tighten the screw (image 1) it tightens but then the handle loosens again shortly afterwards. I have tried to remove the screw to see if any damage has occurred within but it will not come out. At least if I could get the screw to come out I could possible exchange the handles. I have been informed that this type of handle is now classed as "old". Any feedback would be greatly received. Thanks in advance.
