Removing upvc window handle

Hi all

I have a upvc window that will not open when the handle is theme to the open position. I’m guessing it could be the spindle but I need to remove the handle first. There is only one visible screw as per attached and removing it does not loosen the handle at all. Does anyone know how to remove these types of handles (I’m used to seeing two visible screws on handles).

Slide the other cap off to the right

Diamond geezer ! Works a treat. On closer inspection I see it’s just the top part that seems to slide away but it does indeed expose the screw. Thank you very much - now to inspect the spindle to see why it won’t disengage the lock .
