I have a customer with a door that does not close properly and the bottom bolt, when unlocked, catches its keep situated on the bottom of the frame.

The catch does not enter the keep at all, too far away but it is lined up.
The bottom bolt loosely hangs out of the bottom which also catches the keep holding the door when it is opened.

Can I adjust the hinge to move the door towards the keep more?
Can I also move the door up using the hinges?

Thanks for any help you can give me.

No up and down adjustment on those hinges "butt hinges", If the handle side needs raising you will need to "toe and heel" the door.

You can go side to side by a few mm with the hinges, When you open the door fully there should be 2 large Philips screw heads revealed on each hinge, Turn them to adjust.

Agreed with Gazman.
The only other possible adjustment you might have on those hinges would be on top of the hinge pin which requires using a small allen key.
The top shoot bolt can be adjusted. Not certain about the bottom one. Any chance of a closer photo of the bottom half of the lock?

Couldn't help but notice from the photos that the drain holes and drip bar are on the inside! I take it your customer is well aware that it has been fitted back to front.

Thanks Meldrew4291,

I did not realise that the frame had been fitted inside out. Here is a picture of the bottom shoot bolt. Not as clear as the image of the top one.

Can you see any adjustment?
