uPVC door restrictor, bigger available?

Hello,

I have a set of uPVC patio doors, they open just over 90 degrees. It would be great to have them open full 180. There is something at the top restricting them, can I get one that allows them to go 180?

The restrictor is screwed in, remove the screws in the frame and door, the restrictor will come off. Purchase 2 door magnets or hook n eyes to pin doors back
