Hi all. I very new. Hope someone can offer me some help. I had new PVC windows and doors fitted a couple of years ago. The company ceased trading not long after installation an I have not been able to get the fitters to adjust all the windows and doors. My problem is that I have some windows that wont tilt at all and a door that needs adjusting. The latch on the door is rubbing against the plate every the door opens and close. I managed to find a UPVC repairer who adjusted the door. It was fine for a couple of days but he wont answer his phone when I call. Can anyone help me please?.
