Please see image below, I have a UPVC french door frame which is loose at the top and the whole frame moves when you pull the handles when locked. Screws are within the sides of the frame and are fine.

There isn't much lintel above the door frame. So what is the best option? Long drill bit through the top of the frame and into the lintel? .... Although the lintel is very very thin. The upper door frame may be like 60mm, but the lintel only 40mm.

yes if you can get a drill bit in it , put a couple of screws up and through, just coat them with with silicone if you do and countersink them,
