We have had our french doors fitted for about 3 years now, and had problems with the door 'dropping'.
However, this time it is different.
The door handle is to be lifted to activate the multilocking system, and today it will not lock. Thinking it was the same as previously we tested the door when open, and the handle is only lifting half way and the lock pops out half way but that is it.... Therefore we cannot lock the door at all, and currently our back door is unlocked
Is this easily fixed, and if not, does anyone know what this could be, so I know i'm not ripped off if I have to call someone out tomorrow?
