Upvc patio door draft

Hi we've noticed there's a draft coming in through the top of our kitchen patio doors. The doors wobble a little it seems it's just the top that needs to be tighter. Is it just a case of tightening a few screws? Or repositioning the lock so it's a tighter shut?

Ive tried turning the hex screws on the door but there's no turn.

Lossen the screws then try turning the Allen key head. Turn the longer line to face the inside to tighten, Then tighten the screws when you have it where you want it.
