upvc window - delivery time ?

Hi,

Ordered just one small (0.8 sq mtr) self fit upvc window from a local manufacturer who lead me to believe it would be a 3-4 day turn around.

Appreciate its just a bit job for them , but now two weeks+ later still not done, is this typically a busy time of year, or should I cancel and go elsewhere.

Our supplier is normally a 2-3 week turnaround, depends on the factories work load

One week turnaround from mine for doors windows and conservatories including roofs, glass is 3 days
