UPVC Window Opening

Hi I need to get a large item thru this small window frame.
Is it possible to remove the centre vertical bar to enable this.
Or is there another way to sort this out.

Not a chance I'm afraid, that part is plastic welded into the window, and possibly has a steel tube inside
