urgent advice needed

I employed a builder to build me an extension he is now 10 weeks behind schedule, only puts half days in.

He keeps on asking for more money than we agreed and is written in the contract.

He has now walked off the job saying I have a bad attitude when it is him who keeps shouting at me and upsetting me, my house is a omb site and he ih runied my whole garden and my neighbours

What can I do?

Your local CAB for their free advice?

I believe they now also do telephone service for advice but don't know if it's up and running yet
