Using fence posts to support decking

I'm about to replace our fence and at the same time build a new deck. The new deck will butt up against the new wooden fence.

The timber fence posts will be cemented into the ground, should I attach my decking sub-frame to these posts or should I prepare seperate holes/foundations for the decking support posts.

Yes, also try and keep the decking away from the fence panels to allow drainage
