We've all been there and done that - or something like it. In my case I fitted an overflow into a kitchen sink and sealed the corrugated pipe onto the back of the fitting with white silicone. An hour later the stuff hadn't set. :confused: :confused: :confused: Not only that, there was no smell of acetic acid. :eek: :eek: :eek:

Perplexed by this I picked up the tube and read the label properly: Heatsink Compound :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: What a mess! I had to clean the whole lot off and start again. :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:
