I plan to install a fan extraction in my utility room using 4" pipe from a height of 2 m approx then run the length under the floor for 3 m to an outside wall. My main question is this , is their any breach of regulation's exracting at low level. This would make the job a lot easier as its a new build and the only other alternative is to exract at the ceiling up through a bedroom cupboard then into the attic and finally out through a roof tile.
