Vaillant 637-comm error

I've recently had a Vaillant 637 system boiler fitted,

everything was working fine until a couple weeks ago when the VRT 360 started to display 'comm error' message. i switched everything off and it seemed ok but over the weekend it i started to get the error message again. When the error message is dislayed the VR 65 green light blinks indicating a ebus problem.

Has anybody had this problem before?

I've had a couple of VR65 faulty. Call in Vaillant as all under warranty.

Tell them what the problem is, as they may not carry van stock of the VR65.

Alternatively get your installer to replace it under warranty.
