Vaillant 828e DHW problem

I have a Vaillant TurboMax Plus 828e Combi boiler that has a problem with DHW. I have replaced the diverter valve and cleaned up the heat exchanger but the DHW is not activated when I turn on the hot water tap, the water runs cold.

Could it be the Aqua sensor or something else?

I can use the warm start feature but only when I turn the hot water temp setting on the boiler all the way.

Any help appreciated.

if the green light doesn't flash when the tap is running it's a faulty aquasensor.

Actually, I did notice that the green light was not flashing. Thank you.
