Hi guys,
I have a Vaillant turbo max 828E there seems to be a problem with the DHW every thing works fine except I’ve got the water temp turned up all the way just before the warm start would kick in, the water temp is hot but I think it should be hotter as I can keep hold my hand under the tap. From a previous vlog someone said turn the dial to two o’clock and the temp on the front should be about 72/76 I tried this and it was only warm.
Any help much appreciated,

I have just put Ferrex F3 cleaner through for a week flushed the system then put F1 inhibitor in.
 
No, I mean there’s a microswitch inside that’s activated when you’re running the hot tap.
 
Sorry I’m not sure. Where should I be looking to see if it is?
 
It’s behind the case cover. Perhaps it would be best if you got an engineer in?
