As the title, just wondered what or even if there is a calculation to best set parameters for most efficient condensing operation.
Setup currently is Vaillant 831 with VRC470 housed in appliance with external weather compensator hardwired (set to a heat curve of 2.0) Tado thermostat linked to ebus located in hallway.
Total of 10 Radiators, 8 with smart TRV's (configured to call for heat) 1 x No TRV and 1 x Towel Rad with Manual TRV (but left full open)
Current settings are D0 = 14, D2 = 20
System works flawlessly, except the obvious issue of repeated cycling when minimal radiators call for heat and system is over rated.
Any info greatly appreciated.
