vaillant 848e turbomax. only warm water

Hi, I have a Vaillant turbomax 848e and am only getting warmish to tepid water coming from it, (this fluctuates when tap on).
Heating side seems OK though.
Any help would be helpful.

thermistor is boiler knocking on knocking of when dhw tap open

divertor valve when central heating off open hotwater tap n feel the flow pipe to see if it becomes warm
