Vaillant Turbomax 837 some hot water

Hi, was wondering if anyone could help.
I have a vaillant turbomax 837 fitted 4 years ago.
The heating is working fine, but I can only seem to get warm water from any of the taps.
The water temp seems to fluctuate up and down every 20 seconds or so from warm to luke warm.
The pressure dial reads 1.5 bar.
Any help would be appreciated .. Thanks

When you turn the hot tap on does the ch flow pipe under the boiler get hot?

If so its the DV, very common fault on these.

Was the 837 really on the market as long as three years ago?

What kind of diverter is it? The 824 type with the sticking round ball and 4 mm holes?

Yes it was. I am going next Monday for the 3rd service on one of these turbomax's
