My boiler has stopped working,
vaillant ecotec pro 28

no lights are on, no noises, no hot water or central heating

By mistake my wife turned on the central heating when the main water supply was off. Are there any basic checks that I can do?
Below is the attached pic of the boiler

Press the "i" button, this will ask the boiler what it's doing.

Update: hot water works but I don't get any error code when I press "i". The 5.30 that I see cannot be an error code. Perhaps it is pressure or something else.

Its a Status code. S30 is 'no demand from external controls.'
What controls do you have?

When I turn on hot water, the middle light and the one on the right turns on only for that duration. I still don't get an error code

Nothing to do with the boiler.
Its a controls problem.
What do you use to turn the heating on and off???
What do you mean by electric board?
