First picture, condy pipe, black connection to heat exchanger- I suspect it is wet from condensate leakage (reflection on condensate). Also, floor seems wet and historic leak marks
It could be a problem if it’s still leaking condensate water, as it’s acidic, and could eat through the metal. If it’s a historic leak which has been repaired then nothing to worry about. When condensing boilers are in operation, they produce small quantities of condensates water, hence the name condensing boiler, which the condensate needs to be taken away, from the heat exchanger to waste.
