Vaillant boiler slow to ignite after DHW demand

Hiya, Vaillant ecoFIT pure 825 - when the tap is turned on, the boiler registers the DHW demand, but doesn't start its ignition process for about 30 seconds - comfort mode is not enabled, but I had expected it to kick in quicker than this, and I can't find a setting in the installer pages to make this faster

Any ideas please? Thanks!
