Vaillant bolier pressure just keeps rising!

I recently replaced the valves on a couple of radiators. Initially the heating was poor so we flushed the system through and now the heat is great. Problem is the pressure guage on the boiler keeps rising whether the heating is on or not. Is this the valve on the boiler not shutting off?
