Vaillant eco tech pro would not fire showing F75, see attached pic, help please

Very common failure on dirty systems. Try adding a little pressure and press the reset button underneath the red light, this should kick back in. It relates to a sensor inside communicating with the pump, so could be either of those. If you get it back on after what I’ve suggested, then call a gas safe engineer who specialises in Vaillant to rectify. If you don’t get someone out, it will fail again.

Could be any of a number of issues - blocked pipes, blocked or broken pressure sensor, weak or failed pump, flat expansion vessel to name a few. Not DIY for any of them - the casing on these boilers forms the safety room seal, and should only be removed & refitted by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer
