Vaillant ecomax 835

Hi all,
our vaillant ecomax 835 condensing boiler has just been checked out by a vaillant engineer...after sounds of bag pipes being tuned each time the water was turned on...
still under warrenty less than 15 months old...

diagnosed as blocked/damaged heat exchanger...new one ordered fitted soon hopefully...

has any one else had problems similar to ours on new boilers?

You have not told us what we would like to know!

In that case, I would assume that its a blocked plate heat exchanger because the system was not properly flushed by the installer and therefore its not covered by the warranty?
