If you're really stabbing in the dark why not get a pro to come and explain- or are you thinking of taking it on yourself?

I would suggest you pick a few potential installers and let them recommend two or three possible replacements.

I dont "recommend" boilers because I believe that the client who is to pay should make the final choice. Instead I "suggest" two or three possible solutions and point out the pros and cons.

Usually the choice is between cheaper or more expensive makes. I try to suggest a cheaper, mid range and expensive make and let the client choose according to their preference.

Which political party would I stand for? Green party because they support condensing boilers, Labour because they want us to fit them or Conservative because they dont know what they are?
