i hav a vaillant ecotyec plus 831 combi that will not turn on, all of the fuses are ok but there is a blck mark on the on/off switch and it occasionally sparks, any body got any ideas?? is it the pcb?

Without examining it all I can say is that at first sight it seems there may be a very serious fault.
Whatever it is it needs to be properly diagnosed rather than throwing new parts at it which may just blow them within a few microseconds!
