Having had our boiler for 3 years and filled the system with water to bring up pressure numerous times, a problem has now occurred.
When the boiler starts in the morning, water comes out of the overflow pipe.
Any idea why ? and how can I rectify ?.
Any help would be appreciated.

Is your filling loop attached ? Passing water

More then likely your pressure vessel needs recharging see FAQ

When was the boiler serviced?

Might be time to get that done ensuring instructions in the manual are adheared to.

The filling loop is attached and seems OK.
Last serviced about 18months ago, so could do with another !.

Set the pressure to 1.5 Bar cold and watch that pressure as the rads warm up when heating is turned on.
