vaillant ecotec pro 28 making noise

Well, it could be a couple of things:
A small amount of crap in the main heat exchanger can cause all sorts of noises. (hope you had the sense to fit a filter with the boiler, powerflush or not!)
Or, it's usually something to do with the air/gas ratio (loud howling). In which case you need to get someone in who 'does' actually understand combustion, and how to use the analyser. (and there ain't many of them around).
I could tell you what can be done, but I'm not allowed to give out that sort of info on the forum. Only in the 'gas club thingy'. Sorry I can't be of more help..

Hey, the gas ratio has been checked and its correct, i recently flushed the system thinking their might be debrie etc. Iv since refilled the system and added inhibitor however, the noise is still their. Its only intermittant and doesnt happen all the time. Do you guys think its the main heat exchange.

Hey, the gas ratio has been checked and its correct.

And the figures are? , what did the engineer have to say regards the boiler noise?

gas ratio I cant quote exact figures at the moment as im at work, i did overlook and I can confirm they where fine in according to the boiler manual. In regards to the noise he suggested that the system needs to be cleaned. Hence i added fernox and ran the system for two weeks and then refilled and added x100. Whilst the cleaner was in the system i ran the system with valves fully open, just before flushing the system, I can it on full heat for approx 3 hours. The system has a Magclean filter, their wasnt much debrie collected.
