Try setting d2 to a greater value as possible and see if it still works ok.

Tony, the anticycle time of 20 minutes relates to a flow temperature set point of 20C. ie if the boiler reaches 20C and the heating pot is set to 20C the boiler will stay off for 20mins. As the flow temperature selector is increased the time delay decreases proportionately till 75C when it is 1min. At a setting of 60C time delay (D.2) set to 20 will give approx 4-5 minutes.

Interesting that the anti-cycle time depends on the set flow temperature. Obviously warmer radiators will cool down faster so it makes some sense. Is there also a temperature differential anti-cycling control so the water must drop a certain number of degrees before it fires again?

I had exactly the same problem and set the D0 (what the hell is that btw?) to 12 and it kicked in straight away. Quite fortunate as it packed up with 6 inches of snow on the ground! Definite brownie points for me tonight!
