vaillant ecotec pro 24 goes into anti cycling mode it

never did that I have Honeywell Home Sundial -Channel Wireless RF2 Pack 2

connected.

Thermostat is set to 21.5 hot water work fine never had a problem with the boiler past 2 years snice is has been installed.

Heating is set to 60 on the boiler as this how I set it to working fine snice 2 years until few days ago Anti cycling mode keeps coming on doesn't reach the flow temperature switches off and turns back on again.

What is the solution an engineer from the housing association came to fix the problem but he turned the heating temp up to max on the boiler he checked the boiler opened it up to see any problems none waited 20min as soon as he left problem came back again.

Is it a S system with separate 2 port motorized valves on the HW and CH or a Y system just one 3 port mid position valve?.
If a S system check, with CH selected, that the valve's manual lever is lose and floppy when you pull on it, it will have a immediate fairly stiff resistance to pulling it if the valve isn't opening, theoretically it probably is, as the boiler is fired from contacts in the valve actuator head when it opens.
If a Y type, put the CH on and again the lever should feel lose and floppy.
