Vaillant F28 Lockout... what could it be.

Sorry to bring this up again, but i still have a turbomax 828e awaiting resurrection. It has a SIT valve, changed the valve and PCB, still no luck. F.28 and it is sparking. Tried to short contacts to the air pressure switch momentarily but still no luck. Could it be the flow sensors? Any pointers?
