No one is telling you to milk the industry we know you do that without anyone say so Tony dont try and use a double negative !

As you realised there was crud in the system you advised her correctly and cleaned out the heat exchanger same as what any other independent would do and asvised her to have a magnaclean or filter fitted,personally i would have advised my customer to have better product fitted in the spirotech which will remove magnetic and non magnetic gunk but thats personal choice

so well done for doing your job properly,here have lolly and run along!!!!

When I fit a Magnaclean I add a gauze filter washer to the output so that it stops non magnetic dirt as well.

They only cost 19p so I am surprised that Chris Adey doesn't supply them with the Magnaclean.
