Vaillant Turbomax 242E hot water probs

Hello,
I have the above mentioned boiler and interested in anybodies thoughts.

If hot water has not been run for 30mins or more then i can get hot water but if hot water has been run and then i run it again in quick succession then it runs cold. To cure this i have to keep turning the hot water on and off a few times until it runs hot.
Anyone have any idea's?
