Hello,
I’ve got an issue with the boiler in a house I have just purchased. I’ve looked online but don’t seem to be able to find a similar issue.
Basically when running hot water at a lower rate, the boiler will kick in and proved DHW, but will begin to decrease the flow rate, until it is too low to heat and turns off. All else appears to be working fine, and I have checked the CH in case of the common diverter valve issue, but the rads stay cold.
Has anyone experienced this issue before, or know of any problems that may be causing it?
Thanks for the help!
