Vaillan Turbo Max Plus 824 making loud banging when hot tap opened

The needle on the pressure guage moving when the change from heating to

hot water .

Big hammer hitting pipes noise traveling up to radiators

..needle does move a bit - how much?

Needle moves on hot tap opening 0.2bar

much less when back to heating mode

Are you sure the filling loop is fully closed?

May be a blocked secondary heat exchanger!

SOunds like diverter valve sticking, unless it's just "water hammer" in the mains pipe.
Have you had an new parts? Some pcb/diverter combinations made a noise, but haven't heard a bang.
