Vaillant Turbomax

Hi,
I have a Turbomax, when a tap is opened, the fan starts, but it does not spark or ignite for around 30 seconds then when it does ignite it takes around another 2 mins for the water to start heating up, the ch is fine.

Any ideas?

I would start by getting a RGI to service and inspect the boiler, from your description the fault could be one of several things
