I have Vaillant turbomaxi 824e have problem getting constent hot water

have it on warmstart function when turn hot tap boiler ingnition light comes on water is hot for 5 to 10 minutes then ingintion light goes out and water goes cold boiler will then ingnite and heat water and repeats process untill tap is turned off.
pressure is 1.5 no fault code if i turn the ch on then plenty of hot water but only when ch is on.
can this be fixed easily
any idea of the cost

Your description does not exactly match a failed diverter valve but that is still the most likely problem.

We would charge £174 inclusive in the London area to diagnose the fault, replace the diverter valve and do a service and performance check.
