Vaillant vcw ?211 cutting out.

Hi Guys.

Wondering if you can help. My boiler has been fine up to a couple of days ago. Now it just keeps cutting out whenever i try and run hot water or put the heating on. Had a look and the pilot light is still alight.

Gonna be a cold weekend so anything to sort it will be appreciated.

now not using the boiler as keeps cutting out. pilot still lit.

any reasons as to why its doing this??

Can you be more specific about what happens?

If i try for hot water the boiler will fire up. After about 5 mins it shuts off. Same happens for heating

And when it shuts off do you have to reset anything to get it going again, or does it just start up again by itself (in which case after how long?). We are not mind readers so it would help if you could explain exactly what happens in the first place.
