Hi to all
can any body tell me if the vaillant vcw gb 242 eh water valve diaphragm has a hole in the centre as there are two types one with one without but they are identical in size..... thanks stumpey

Diaphragm for VCW 240/280/221/242/282 Diverter valve has no hole.

The short parts list I'm looking at sa the part number is 01-0318.

Can't see if it has a hole though, don't look like it.

Sorry when i was asking if diaphragm has hole i was not referring to diverter valve..its the water valve which has two types of diaphragm one with and one without did you just get mixed up or have i missed something ..thanks for helping
