please help!

when drawing hot water,heating flow pipe has begun to turn hot too,
this all started appox.2/3 weeks ago during the hot weather. even though heating is in switch off mode.

Diaphragm/diverter valve problem probably. You need a boiler engineer who's familiar with these , but it's very fixable.
