Vakera Linea 24 error codes ...

I have a Vakera Linea 24 which has been working beautifully for ages ... completely problem free. This evening I suddenly got error code 01 which means lock out. The pressure was down to zero and I have sorted that out by going through the process in the manual. I then went through the process described in the manual to get it going again but it refuses to reignite.

In this weather any help or advice to get it reignited would be MASSIVELY appreciated!!!

01 is ignition lock out. Check firstly to see if the gas to the property is switched on. I've known lots of gas meter taps that get turned off by mistake. Are you on a prepayment meter??? These have an anti tamper device inside which means a good knock turns them off, it would show "off" and "call help" on the display. Other than that you're in registered fitter territory as "01" code could be one or more of several things.
