valiant boiler leak and no hot water or central heating

hello...i hope im not asking a question that has already been posted,so apologies if thats the case...its a valiant boiler....5 pipes ...ch flow has a slight leak ...pressure gauge is on extreme..pass 3...temp is 14 degrees and cannot be upped or downed...no hot water or cenbtral heating...anyone help?

i cannot recall the boiler model off hand since im not at work now..its my work boiler ...its approx 10 years old..its used to heat around 16 radiators,and also the commercial kitchen hot water aswell as the residential upstairs..if you could use your experience to haggle a guess,all support would be appreciated....otherwise il have to get back to you tomorrow...regards
